If you haven’t made any New Year resolutions, stop and think again what you have ignored in the past year. Even your skin deserves to be pampered and look great. Here are a few New Year Resolutions you can make for your skin in 2015.
1. Wear Sunscreen – Even if you are at home or have to go out for a few minutes, make sure that you wear a sunscreen. Sunscreen lotion not just protects you from harmful UV rays but also prevents ageing process and removes spots from the face.
2. Drink plenty of water – Busy schedules often make you forget drink enough water for the body. Set alarms at regular intervals in your phone so that you are reminded of drinking water at regular intervals. Instead of tea and coffee, drink plenty of water which is not just healthy but also zero on calories.
3. Remove make-up before bed – It is good to wear make-up during the day time, but just make sure that you remove your make-up before bed time. Make-up can block your pores and your skin needs to breathe in order to stay healthy.
4. Quit smoking – Smoking can be a major cause in wrinkling of the skin. It reduces the circulation of oxygen in the skin which is essential for the maintenance and growth of skin cells.
