2. People say it is all about the attitude of the person – Many people are under the impression that there is a difference between a person who is stressed and a person who is calm and intact. But the scene is different as it is very normal to feel stressed and unhappy. One needs to have a positive attitude towards the challenge that they are facing. You also need to take care of the health when you are stressed as it can affect the body in a number of ways.

3. Following the right way can help to eliminate stress completely – Eliminating stress cannot ever be done. Some opine that practicing meditation, positive thinking, yoga and exercise can help to eliminate the stress completely, which is not true. These practices can surely help in reducing the levels, but cannot completely get rid of it.
