People across the globe are facing the ill effects of the coronavirus pandemic and have been forced to remain at home as a safety measure. Some of them are working at home, but many of us are not able to work and are forced to be idle. American actress and singer Gwyneth Paltrow has come forward and has shared a few tips to remain productive as many people have been self-quarantined. The 47 year old actress has through her Instagram post recommended to use the time to learn something or do something that they always wanted to do.

Paltrow suggested that people could write a book, learn an instrument, learn a language, draw, paint or code online. The suggestions came along with a picture of herself as she was seen dressed in an all black outfit while wearing a face mask, hand gloves as she carried some groceries. Gwyneth shared that she learned that the farmer’s market was open in the morning and decided to walk there to buy some groceries. The actress added that she donned masks and gloves as she got near to the market and also maintained a reasonable distance from other pedestrians.

Apart from sharing her own trip to the market, the actress urged her fans to obey the orders by the government and health experts to remain at home and follow proper hygiene amidst the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The actress also appealed to take the orders seriously and not abuse the freedom that they have. Gwyneth also shared that it is time people spend time cleaning closets, reading, nesting, taking pictures, cooking and reconnecting on a deeper level with their loved ones.

The singer also assured the fans that things are going to get better soon and expressed sympathy for the ones who have been affected or are in fear. Gwyneth’s message came like chicken soup for the ones who are dealing with the fight in the pandemic.
