Updated Trends: Pakistan President Zardari Accused Of Helping In Stealing Paintings

The President of Pakistan, Mr. Asif Ali Zardari has been accused that he had given a helping hand to steal paintings of an internationally famous Pakistani artist.

Shaheen, who is the daughter of the late, Laila Shahzada, who was an internationally acclaimed artist, has filed a petition to the Pakistan court stating that, Mr.Zardari and her own Brother together stole 93 of her mother’s paintings and sent them to London. The paintings of Mrs. Shahzada were kept in her Karachi flat, from where they were all stolen.

As per Shaheen, she is will that the London Metropolitan Police should question Mr. Zardari on his upcoming visit to London. In one Mr. Zardari’s statements, he had said that he used to look around for paintings with Sohail Shazada, who is the brother of Shaheen and the Son of Laila Shahzada. Even in the past Mrs. Shaheen has made allegations on Mr. Zardari, and this is not something that is new to the public.
