The pulp of mango, when applied to the skin can provide a number of benefits in terms of skin problems including relief from detan. Here are a few ways mango can be applied to the skin.

1. Mango pulp face pack – People who suffer from uneven skin complexion can get rid of the condition by just rubbing the mango pulp for two to three minutes on the affected areas. Then allow it to stay for five minutes and rinse it off with cold water. This can bring the glow on your face back and also improves the skin complexion.

2. Mango and gram face pack – This face pack helps to keep the tanned skin away. Take out the pulp of a mango and add two teaspoons of gram powder with half teaspoon of honey and a few ground almonds. Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth paste. Rub the mixture on the face and allow it to stay for ten to fifteen minutes. Rinse off with cold water. Use the pack twice a week for best results.

3. Mango and curd face pack – People who have oily skin can make the best use of this pack. Extract mango pulp from a mango and add one tablespoon of curd and one teaspoon of honey in it. Mix them well and apply it on the face and leave it for ten minutes and wash it off with cold water.
