Everyone wishes to stay eternally young and beautiful – delaying the ageing process. But reports suggest that Pharell Williams, the American rapper and songwriter has come up with the secret that would leave anti-ageing creams have a run for their money.

The 44-year old singer recently revealed in an interview with Dazed that he exfoliates “like a madman” adding that exfoliation makes one drink a lot of water that in turn helps in maintaining a good health and glowing skin.

“To me, the key is just exfoliating, like a monster. There’s a lot of dead skin. All the time. Like a narcissistic madman.”

He further said that he believed one’s personal looks and style are “indicative of who you are and what you’re feeling. Specifically, the way I look at it, it’s when I get up in the morning, it’s how I feel, it’s where I’m going, and what’s the weather’s going to be like.” This further helps him decide on what he should wear for the day and refuted claims of people who say that they don’t dress up by saying, “When people are like, I really don’t have any style, I don’t dress up, you kind of are. That’s what your clothes are saying.”

The Grammy winner who has also produced several films nominated for the Oscars is known to experimenting with his fashion. His youthful visage that stayed on with his growing age led people to accuse him of being a vampire, and he had to ultimately tell the media that he doesn’t “drink people’s blood.”

The singer has also claimed in his interview that he believes one’s relationship with fashion has the power to act as a catalyst of change.
