An Air fryer is an appliance that can be found in a number of households. But the appliance has its own limitations and cannot be used for every food item that you are preparing on an everyday basis. For some, it could also be an appliance that could be rarely used. Here we will be discussing about a few food items that you did not know could also be made in an air fryer.
1. Pizza – is one of the most popular foods across the globe and there is indeed a healthier way to make it. You can just toss the pizza base in to the air fryer and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now you can add the pizza sauce and the desired toppings along with grated cheese. Now place it again for 5 to 7 minutes and your pizza is ready.
2. Bakes potatoes – You can wash the potatoes well and poke holes in them and place the potatoes on the tray. Allow the potatoes to cook for nearly 40 to 45 minutes at 198 degrees. After they are done, you can cut them in to half and season them with salt and pepper or other desired seasoning.
3. Pasta – yes you can also make your favourite cheesy pasta by taking your favourite cheese in a mixing bowl and adding some olive oil, oregano powder, basil powder, salt and pepper and some grated cheese. Allow it to cook for 10 to 15 minutes at 200 degrees and make sure you mix it in between to make sure that they do not stick at the bottom.
4. Cup cakes – Even cup cakes can be made in an air fryer, but instead of the paper cups, you will have to use silicon cups. Allow them to cook for 20 minutes at 200 degrees and take them out and decorate them as per your taste.
