Peruvian author Mario Vargas Llosa, has won the Nobel Literature Prize for Literature for his works like “Conversation in the Cathedral” and “The Feast of the Goat”. It is a very proud moment for the Peruvians, as one of their most famous authors has won the most coveted prized in the world. The 74 year old author had once stood for the country’s presidential elections.
After he was awarded the Nobel prize, the academy hailed his work and “his cartography of structures of power and his trenchant images of the individual’s resistance, revolt, and defeat.” Prior to this, he has won many awards for his writings, which shows that his work is excellent.
Mr. Mario ran for the Presidential election in the year 1990, which gave him a thorough exposure to Politics. He was also selected for Spain’s Royal Academy of Language, which is the top authority in Spanish Language and Grammar.
