Skincare is something not many people indulge in and often regret when they suddenly realize that they are getting fine lines and also able to see a few forehead wrinkles. The frown lines on the forehead is the one that looks unpleasant and for some it might also look disturbing and making them realize that they have now grown old. But there are a few ways by which you can reduce the forehead wrinkles.
1. Consume flax seeds or flax seed oil – Flax seeds are known to be stuffed with Omega 3 fatty acids and also have antioxidants. They can be included in your diet as they are great for healthy looking skin. However, one has to be careful while consuming as it tends to increase the toxins in the body. Consuming flax seeds or oil twice a week can be good enough.
2. Massage your skin with coconut oil – If you do not have oily skin, you can use coconut oil. Take some virgin coconut oil and massage on your forehead and leave it on your skin overnight. The oil is rich in antioxidants which makes the skin look younger and radiant. Regular use of it can reduce the wrinkles and fine lines as well.
3. Apply castor oil – Castor oil is not just good for the hair but can also be good for the skin. The oil contains ricinoleic acid that provides good nourishment and also helps to tightens the skin. Tightening of the skin ultimately helps to reduce the forehead wrinkles.
4. Aloe vera gel – The market has plenty of products that claim to be pure aloe vera gel, but it is always better to pluck the natural one from the plant. Take out some get from the leaf and massage it on the forehead till the skin absorbs it. The dessert plant contains vitamin E and malic acid which helps to keep the skin healthy and radiant.
