    Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs

    This menu includes shredded cheddar cheese and bacon. It is delicious and takes only 40 minutes to prepare.

    Ingredients

    • A tablespoon of mustard

    • Four slices of bacon

    • 12 eggs

    • Two tablespoons of cheddar cheese that is finely shredded

    • A half cup of mayonnaise

    Preparation

    Cover your eggs with cold water in a saucepan and boil the water. Once the water boils, remove it from heat immediately and cover the pan letting your eggs stand in hot water for approximately twelve minutes. Remove the eggs from the hot water and rinse them using cold running water to cool them quickly. Cook your bacon in a large, deep skillet until it becomes uniformly brown and then crumble it.

    Peel your boiled eggs, cut them into lengthwise halves and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a small bowl and mash them with cheese, crumbled bacon, and mayonnaise. Stir your mixture in mustard until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Fill the white halves of the eggs with your yolk mixture and put them in the fridge until serving.
