Grampa’s Coriander Turkey Sausage
This Easter brunch recipe is perfect for you if you want to have a head-start on your day with an additional bit of strength and excitement. The meal requires you to have some turkey and coriander allowing you to make the sausages quickly.
Ingredients
• A pound of ground turkey
• A half teaspoon of salt
• Two tablespoons of olive oil
• A half teaspoon of brown sugar
• A quarter teaspoon of cayenne pepper
• A half teaspoon of ground coriander
• A three-quarter teaspoon of ground black pepper
Preparation
Put your brown sugar, salt, cayenne pepper, coriander, and black pepper in a bowl and mix them thoroughly with your ground turkey. Cover the bowl and place it in a refrigerator overnight. In the morning, use medium heat to warm olive oil in a skillet. Make thin patties from the sausage and fry them for at least two to five sides on each side allowing them to be browned. Your patties are ready when the pink color inside turns brown.
