Updated Trends: Tension Builds As President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Begins His Visit To Lebanon
The are tensions building as the Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has begun his visit in Lebanon. He gave the people a smile and waved out to them as he stepped out at the Rafic Hariri International Airport, in Beirut, Lebanon. There was a full fledged honor and reception for the commencement of his visit to Lebanon.
Many people and school children with flags of Iran and Lebanon stood out side the airport and alongside the streets to welcome the President. At the President’s palace, a full guard of honor awaits the Iranian President. But some of the critics stated that this is the closest that Mahmoud Ahmadinejad could get to Israel, something that does really make a strong point.
Later on in the day, is the highlight of this visit, as he will be addressing some tens and thousands of people who will be gathered in the south region of Beirut. He will be visiting the villages which have been badly damaged because of the war, as this will be a strong sign of courtsey that he will be showing this country. We can only wait and watch, what the whole visit will be bringing out as this has become strong news across the globe.
