iPhone 8 is an Apple smartphone that was first launched on 22nd September 2017.The phone weighs 148 grams with a height of 5.45 inches, a width of 2.65 inches and thickness of 0.29 inches.

iPhone 8 comes in 3 colors (silver, space gray and gold). It has a 4.7 inch IPS display (resolution of 1334 pixels X 750 pixels). Truetone (iPad pro feature that expounds on your lighting conditions and modifies the color display temperatures depending on your surrounding to keep the colors balanced) has been added to this device. The iPhone 8 has adopted a new glass body that is considered as the most durable glass ever used on a smartphone. The glass also enables the QI wireless charging (you can charge the phone wirelessly when placed on top of any QI certified inductive charger). The phone’s casing is made out of aluminum and steel that makes it dust and water resistant.
The phone is powered by a hexacore A11 bionic processor. This bionic processor plus the 2gb ram that the phone has helps it to attain great speeds while multitasking. iPhone 8 has only 2 storage tiers; 64gb and 256gb which cannot be expanded.
The iPhone 8 battery is 1821 mAh with a talk time of up to 14 hours and capable of fast charging (50% charge within 30 minutes). The iPhone 8 battery life is about the same as that of iPhone 7.The phone runs on IOS 11.

The phone has both front and rear cameras that have 7 megapixels and 12 megapixels respectively. The rear camera is auto HDR and has a 5x digital zoom, it also allows more light and this enables it to have great shots even in low light.

iPhone 8 is a single sim card phone that only accepts nano sim cards. The phone also has 3G and 4G support, wifi, Bluetooth, NFC, and GPS.

The phone also has a built-in fingerprint sensor at the home button for improved security. Apart from the fingerprint sensor, the phone also has barometer, accelerometer, three-axis gyro, proximity sensor, and ambient light sensor.
