Updated Trends: Juan Stuart Speaks Out, Says His Comments Did Not Breach “Journalistic Ethics”

Juan Stuart, who had been unanimously fired from NPR more than a week ago, has spoken out saying that his comments on the NPR have not officially breached any sort of “Journalistic Ethics”. Mr. Juan was fired from the NPR due to his inappropriate comments over the Muslim society, as he had said that he felt very uncomfortable when he saw people dressed in Muslim clothing on a plane.

During an interview with the Baltimore Sun, he spoke out saying “Over the weekend, people would say to me, ‘Oh, you just got a new deal from Fox? Congratulations, that it all worked out so well.” He was the Maryland School of Law, addressing the pupils during an event, where he earned a standing ovation from the audience.

Adding to his statements during the interview he also said, “But there’s an emotional disconnect, because the way it feels to me is like I just got fired and I’m not even sure what I did wrong”. Mr. Williams is very sad about the fact that he was fired from the NPR, where he had spent a really long time, for he feels that it was unfair the way they have treated him.
