High blood pressure is a problem that has become common among people across the globe. Many times such a problem can even go undetected for many years. 5. Stress management – Stress is one of the common reasons for a number of health problems. If stress is not managed, then it could lead to other problems including diabetes and hypertension.
6. Timely rest – Lifestyle can be hectic and under such circumstances, it can be tough to find rest. It is important to give your body some rest. At least 8 hours of sleep in the night is a great way to deal with a number of health problems.
7. Eating meals on time – Timely meals is important for the body. For instance, it is important to eat your breakfast within 1 hour after waking up in the morning.
