Maintaining a regular exercise regime amidst a busy schedule can be challenging. But not many are aware that even simply moving around also does the magic and can be helpful to avoid a protruding belly . Here are a few simple exercise ideas for weight loss that can be done in a daily basis and does not involve any gym schedules or workout sessions.
1. Stairs – Instead of the lift, you can take the stairs which is the easiest way to burn extra calories. If the stair climb is not enough you can repeat going up and down the stairs doe about 15 minutes. Such an exercise can help to burn about 100 calories.
2. Walk and play with your dog – This can be a fun activity and even a mandatory one as your dog needs a walk everyday in the morning. There cannot be a better way to exercise than to walk and run with your pet and spend some quality time. Such an activity is not just a good exercise but is also a stress buster.
3. Skipping – Skipping is one of the easiest and cheap activities as you just need a rope, some space and ten minutes. This exercise helps to shed those extra calories really fast and is also highly effective.
4. Indulge in your favourite sport – If you do not like to go to the gym for weight loss, then you can always indulge in the sport that you have always enjoyed. For instance, if you love swimming, then it is time to take out your shopping bag, buy some swimming wear along with the proper gear and hit the club for a good hour of swimming session.
5. Dance like no one is watching – You can either join a dance or zumba class. If you are shy enough then you can just turn on the music and dance like no one is watching behind closed doors. Dancing is a great exercise that is good for all the muscles of the body.
