Updated Trends: Thousands Of Pakistani People Flee The Town Thatta Due To River Flooding
The flood situation in the Pakistan has gone worse, and specially talking about the situation in Southern Pakistan town of Thatta. Thousands of people from the town of Thatta have fled away due the swollen Indus river. The river has broken out of its banks and has entered into the town and the neighboring region making people flee the area.
Millions of people have been affected by the floods and the most affected region is the Southern Pakistan. The flood situation in the other part of Pakistan is neutralizing, as flood waters around the country have started to recede.
The UN has stated that more than six million people have been affected due to the floods in the South Pakistan recently. Major areas include the cities near the Arabian sea and the mouth of the Indus river. The UN and other relief organizations are doing their best to help the flood victims in Pakistan.
