Being a world-class supermodel is not easy. True, it pays better than a desk job any day. But having to jet-set around the world, walk international ramps and always look flawless is something that doesn’t tailor fit everyone. Yet, for someone like Kendall Jenner, it’s her career, her lifestyle. Growing up in one of the most famous families in America, she’s always been in the limelight. Before she even hit puberty, she was a star on reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Not to mention, she’s got sisters with bodies that kill.

So, how does she maintain a body that has to be put through so much travel, make-up, changing environments, etc.? It’s all in her workout.

Of course, Kendall Jenner is privileged enough to have her own personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson. When she had to prepare for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2016, she was concentrating on her body almost 24/7. One of the simplest ways to keep yourself fit, is to involve workouts that you can do during your routine day. For example, while watching TV, use the couch to pull of some workout moves.

If you’re really in it to win it, then follow these exercises done by Kendall Jenner herself. She does them for 11 minutes, but you can extend that time if you’re really in the mood to push yourself.
