Updated Trends: Jal Cyclone On It’s Path Towards Andhra Pradesh, South India
The Jal Cyclone, which is the latest tropical depression in Indian ocean, and is said to form into a super cyclone in the coming few days. Jal is on its path towards the state of Andhra Pradesh South India. The storm is located some 1400 kms from Andhra Pradesh in the Gulf of Thailand, and as every moment passes the storm system is intensifying gradually.
According to the weather officials, Jal is expected to form into a super cyclone and will definitely cause severe damage to the coasts. As the whole storm system moves closer towards that Indian region, it is slowly strengthening itself by sucking in more energy from the waters below.
Forecasts show that Jal will be having wind speeds around 200-250 kmph, and will be striking the region with fierce force. Coastal areas have been warned about the upcoming storm, and there are precautions being taken by all the people who are living in the villages near the coasts. The state of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh are the two states which will be facing the rage of Jal the most.
