One of the most spectacular sightings for Janmashtami can be seen in Maharashtra. In Maharashtra young men come together and place a dahi handi (Curd Pot) on a high elevation in mid air. Then they will make a human pyramid by standing on each others shoulders and reach the handi to break it. Its an altogether spectacular sight to watch.
