4 Natural ways to get whiter teeth

Impress with a shiny white smile, learn  these Natural ways to get whiter teeth. 

White teeth are a sign of confidence for many, a set of pearly whites are not only coveted, but hard to achieve. There are may cleansing dental procedures that dentists recommend for white teeth, however, here are a few tips by which you can have white teeth without any dentist’s intervening.  

Here are a few home remedies by which you can get whiter teeth.

1. Apply strawberries – Mash one or two strawberries and apply them on your teeth, leave the mashed mixture for 2 to 3 minutes and rinse off thereafter. Strawberries are rich in malic acid which helps to whiten the teeth.

2. Apply lemon peel – Lemon has high acidic content and works as an excellent bleaching agent and whitener. Rub a lemon peel or apply its juice to the teeth. Make sure to dilute the juice with one teaspoon of water and do not apply it more than twice a week.

3. Carrots – Carrots are beneficial when it comes to removing plaque from your teeth. You just have to eat a crunchy carrot and keep chewing on it for a few minutes. Carrots help to kill bacteria and make your teeth white.

4. Apply baking soda – Baking soda is considered as one of the safest methods for teeth whitening. It neutralizes the acids in the mouth and also removes any stains, while still protecting the enamel. Mix a little salt with baking soda and apply it to the teeth with the help of a toothbrush. Leave the mixture on for 2 to 3 minutes and rinse off thereafter.
