4 Home remedies to get rid of dull skin this winter

Don’t let you skin fail you this holiday season, learn these easy home remedies to get rid of dull skin in winter.

Winter is coming! And you need to protect your face skin from becoming dry and flaky. Very often, the face appears dark and flaky because of the dead cells that harbor tenaciously on the facial skin. 

However, here are a few tips which can help you to get a glowing skin and ward away the dullness.

1. Milk Cream – Mix milk cream with a pinch of turmeric and a teaspoon of gram flour. Apply the paste onto your skin and allow it to rest for 10 minutes, wash off with cold water to get that perfect glow.

2. Tomatoes and peaches – Mash a tomato and peach and mix the two well, apply the paste onto you face for a maximum of 20 minutes. Tomatoes have plenty of anti-oxidants which help to bring out a natural glow and also make the skin tighter. Keep the mask for 20 minutes and wash off with cold water.

3. Lemon pack – Even tanning can make your skin look dull. Just squeeze the out of one lemon and apply it on your face. Avoid the areas around your eyes and allow it to rest for 15 minutes, wash off with cold water to get a glowing skin.

4. Sugar and Honey – Mix some honey with a few granules of sugar. Gently rub the mixture onto your face, the mixture will act as an exfoliator and help remove the dead cells on the skin.
