3 Natural ways to prevent aging and wrinkles

UpdatedTrends.com: Wrinkles are a sign of aging and are not something we can avoid completely, however, we can affect their number and appearance. Smoking, exposure to the sun, stress and unhealthy diet can contribute to our skin looking older, so here are 3 natural ways to prevent aging and wrinkles.

1. Avoid the sun – Even though we all enjoy the sun, it is also one of the biggest causes of premature ageing. Keep in mind that the sun dries out your skin very quickly and its UV rays can be very damaging to our skin. Make sure to always wear sunscreen, particularly in the summer.

2. Quit drinking and smoking – Smoking is one of the main reasons for the appearance of wrinkles and is extremely bad for your skin, while drinking alcohol dehydrates you very quickly. An occasional glass of wine is good for you, but avoid excessive drinking in order to protect your skin.

3. Eat healthy and drink water – Your entire body – not just your skin – needs plenty of water and healthy foods in order to function properly, so make sure to incorporate a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables into your menu and keep your body hydrated by drinking water.
