Summer is a time when people might often feel bloated and could be caused by water retention. This happens mostly when excess amount of water accumulates in the body. The body consists of nearly 55 to 60 percent water and sometimes excess water can cause swelling in different parts of the body like legs, eyes and hands. Although it is not a difficult task to get rid of water retention, but still we will be discussing about a few ways to avoid the condition especially during the summer season.
