1. Walnuts – Walnuts are packed with Omega 3 and is also a great snack for the vegetarians who often lack this nutrients. A few nuts in the morning or as a snack can help your skin glow and rejuvenate.
2. Dark Chocolate – Dark chocolate contains flavonoids, which are anti-oxidants that helps to keep the skin hydrated. It also helps to give a smoother and softer feel. Chocolates with 70% cocoa or higher is recommended.
3. Water – There cannot be a better food than water for the skin as H20 helps to wash off all the toxins from the body and if your body lacks water content then you better make sure you have at least three litres of water everyday.
4. Green tea – Green tea is a great source of anti-oxidants as well. These anti-oxidants help to improve circulation and improves elasticity of the skin.
