2. Lowers Blood sugar levels – Fenugreek seeds are helpful for people with type 2 diabetes. The spice helps to lower blood sugar levels in the body, hence they function as a home remedy for diabetes.

3. Reduces skin inflammation – Fenugreek can be helpful to treat burns, eczema, gout and boils. Grind some fenugreek seeds in to powder and mix it with warm water. Soak a clean piece of cloth in the mixture and apply it directly to the affected area.

4. Helpful in lactation – Fenugreek seeds are beneficial for women who are lactating. Research has shown that it helps to increase the milk production by 500% within 24 hours to 72 hours of consuming fenugreek.
