Hair fall is a problem which has long been a cause of concern for men and women. There can be many factors for hair fall which can include lack of nutrition, stress, poor hygiene or bad health. Here are a few natural ways by which one can get rid of hair fall.
1. Nutritious food: The hair might just be a dead cell but not many are aware that it all depends on the nutrition that the body receives. To get rid of hair fall one must have a healthy diet with plenty of nutritious and balanced food. Consume plenty of fruits, salads, food containing fiber and plenty of green and leafy vegetables.
2. Coconut milk treatment: Coconut is a fruit which has plenty of health benefits. Extract fresh coconut milk at home and gently massage it on the scalp. Do this on a regular basis and have a healthy hair within weeks.
3. Neem treatment: Boil neem leaves in water until the level comes to half then allow it to cool. Rinse your hair with the mixture at least once a week and notice the changes.
4. Amla (Indian gooseberry) treatment: Boil pieces of amla in coconut oil till the oil turns black. Use this decoction to massage your scalp and watch the results.
