All nuts contain plenty of omega-6 fatty acids, but walnuts and pecans in particular contain high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, which can help in burning fat. Make sure to pack some nuts in a simple plastic bag and carry them with you.
2. Tuna salad – Canned tuna is extremely rich in healthy omega-3 fatty acids, proteins and minerals and can be easily made into a delicious and nutritious meal – a tuna salad – in just a couple of minutes. Tuna salad can be made with onions, celery and carrots, or even fruits, so try mixing things up and make a flavor combination that works for you.
3. Fruits – You cannot go wrong with having an apple (or any other fruit) a day. Fresh fruits contain high levels of vitamins, minerals, enzymes and fiber. If you are looking to gain muscle, opt for a banana and if you are on your weight-loss plan, go for an orange.
