4. More energy – Regular physical activity speeds up your metabolism and gives you more energy throughout the day. Even though working out uses up energy, it also provides energy back and helps you get through the day without feeling lethargic. At the end of the day, when it is time for bed, you will feel tired in a good way.

5. More self-confidence – Working out will improve your physical and mental health and when you are doing something good for your body, how can you not feel great? In addition to that, you will tone up and lose a couple of pounds.
