Updated Trends: Bombay Port Trust Chlorine Gas Leak – 65 Patients Discharged Out of 120
The recent Chlorine gas leakage near the Bombay Port Trust in Mumbai, had 120 people hospitalized after inhaling the gas in the nearby hospitals. According to reports, 65 out of the total number of people admitted, are said to be safe and have been discharged from the hospital.
The reports stated that 120 people were admitted in KEM, JJ, Mumbai Port Trust and Balaji hospitals.
Dr PP Lahane, JJ Hospital, Dean said, “Nobody is in critical condition. Most of the patients have been discharged yesterday and this morning.”
The civic officials confirmed the news that 65 patients are out of danger and are out of the hospitals now. The officials even said that there are chances that more people will get discharged by today evening.
The police officials on the Wednesday night have filed FIR against people found in the Bombay Port Trust chlorine gas leak connection.
