Updated Trends: Harry Potter actress, Afshan Azad, has been beaten up by her very own brother, after she was moving around with a non-Muslim boyfriend. The 22year old plays the role of a young wizard in the movies, known as Padma Patil. She had to run away through her bedroom window as she was beaten up brutally by her brother.
Her Brother, 28 and her Dad, 53 both are responsible for her abuse, as they lost their temper when they found out she was friendly with a Hindu person. She was so frightened of her family that she did not even show up at the court during the hearing. While her brother was hitting and abusing her, he called her a ‘prostitute’ and a ‘slag’.
Her father and brother have been accused of attempted killing, but they were cleared off after the brother’s plea was accepted. She had just completed filming the last segment of harry potter, and then later she was assaulted by her family who resides in Longsight, Manchester. It was mainly Afshan’s brother who had assaulted her and even threatened to kill her.
