Updated Trends: Tony Parker Files For Divorce, Eva Longoria Completely Unaware Of This
It was recently reported in the news that Tony Parker had filed his own divorce papers, but his wife Eva Longoria was completely unaware of this, as Tony’s lawyer did not intimate her about this. Tony Parker wanted a peaceful divorce filing and expected that the process would go out smoothly, but there are complications in their legal battle.
Both of them wanted to enforce their prenup respectively, but then the attorney checked out the box where Eva’s lawyer had to collect the spouse report and this is some that they were told would be inconsistent about their prenup.
Tony’s lawyer on the other hand, had filed the papers in Texas, as he felt that it provided an opportunity that Eva would challenge for the prenup. This could be beneficial on Tony’s side, as he is enforcing the prenup. For now everything seems to calm between them, but the showdown would commence in the court when the hearing would actually begin.
