3 Resolutions to be included on your list this New Year

The year 2021 is about to come to an end and a number of people are already looking forward to leave behind all the junk and make a fresh start in life. Many people have their list of resolutions that might include a number of things like some might want to lose weight while some might want to work harder and be more efficient in their respective work. Here we will be discussing about a few more resolutions that one should include to their list of resolutions for the New Year.

1. Get rid of toxic people – This might be on the list of many people, but many of them might not have been able to live it up. The reason is, it is not that easy to do it. But when you give importance to self-love, you will realize that it is worth to give up on people who give out bad vibes. You need to gather the courage and make it a point to discard the toxic people from your life. Toxic people not just spread negativity but can also make you sick.

2. Take care of our mental health – The COVID-19 pandemic made many people realize about the importance of mental health. The pandemic that continues to exist, fell tough on majority of people who are still trying to cope with things. Make sure that you are catching the signs of anxiety or treating yourself enough with a holiday or just some mental rest. Do not ever hesitate to seek help from a professional.

3. Pursue your passion – Majority of us land in jobs that are only paying your financial needs. But they are mostly not feeding your creative mind. Do not be a money making machine but pursue your passion. Do not be afraid to take risks as life is too short to delay things. You never know what lies in future. Live in the present and work towards your passion.
