The trapped Chilean miners are just moments away from freedom, as this will take only a matter of time to bring them out of their underground trap, where they spent an excruciating 66 days. The rescue shaft is ready for now, which will be lowered down into the bore hole, through which the miners will be pulled out.
It’s a matter of hours, when the shaft will be lowered down into the bore hole to form a tunnel. There is a wave of excitement at Camp Hope above the mine, where relatives of the trapped miners had camped for the past two months.
