3 Natural ways of having a wrinkle free and glowing skin

A wrinkle free skin is something that everyone wishes to have especially when the person crosses the age of 30. Although it has to be accepted that you cannot run away from the natural process of ageing, the only thing that can be done is slow down the process. Now here we are not talking about any expensive beauty products that indeed work and are available in the market. We will be talking about a few natural remedies that can help to slow down the ageing process.

1. Yoghurt – The basic for having a younger looking skin is plenty of moisture for the skin. Yoghurt can be missed with turmeric or chic pea flour. It helps to increase the production of the essential vitamins and minerals in the skin. It not just makes the skin moist but also exfoliates the skin of dead skin. It tightens the pores and reduces the appearance of acne.

2. Honey – Honey is a natural form of moisturizer and a number of celebrities swear by the benefits of honey for their skin and overall health. It drastically helps to reduce the formation of wrinkles and fine lines on the skin. Honey is loaded with anti-oxidants and that helps the skin to repair itself from damage that is usually caused by free radicals.

3. Rose water – Another ingredient that is easily available at every house hold and is known for cooling down the skin. Rose water is highly beneficial for soothing inflamed skin. It is also helpful in bringing down acne breakouts. People who have blemishes on the skin can use rose water that can heal them. It can also be used to reduce the puffiness under the eyes that is usually caused due to lack of sleep or insomnia.

Apart from the above remedies, it is also important to drink plenty of water during the day as it helps to keep the skin hydrated and moist and also flushes out all the toxins from the body.
