Many nations across the globe are currently under lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic. Under normal circumstances, many people often complain that they are not able to take care of themselves as they are too occupied with work on an everyday basis. But since the lockdown, many might still be working, but many are still at their homes and continue to find free time. Hair is often neglected and many people suffer from frizzy hair and dryness as people seldom find time to provide hydrating treatments. But now that you have plenty of time at home, here are a few ways you can restore your hair with the much needed hydration.
1. Apply apple cider vinegar – Apple Cider Vinegar can be applied by mixing equal proportions of Apple Cider Vinegar and water. After you have shampooed and conditioned your hair, apply the mixture evenly across your scalp and hair. Leave the mixture on your hair for a couple of minutes and rinse it off with water. This helps to stimulate your scalp, helps to deal with dandruff, makes hair shiny, helps to reduce hair fall and offcourse helps to deal with frizzy hair.
2. Eggs – Instead of just the white portion, mix one whole egg with two tablespoons of full fat yogurt and one teaspoon of honey. Apply this mixture on your scalp and hair and let it sit on the hair for about half and hour and rinse it off with a mild shampoo and luke warm water.
3. Argan Oil – Argan oil is a great moisturizing agent and has anti-oxidants like Vitamin E which is a great nutrient. There are many hair products in the market that contain argan oil and are beneficial for the hair.
4. Avocado mask – Avocado is a great fruit that is packed with a number of ingredients that helps to strengthen your hair. Mash 1/4th of a ripe avocado and mash it in a bowl and add one teaspoon of full fat yogurt and one teaspoon of honey. Mix the ingredients well and apply it across your scalp and hair. Leave the preparation for about 15 minutes and rise off with luke warm water.
