Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are now happy parents to a baby boy. The couple is now considering names for the potential godmother and godfather for baby Archie. A number of close friends have been visiting them in recent times. Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor is now just a few weeks old and is the newest member in the British royal family. The little one has already attracted some of the famous visitors as they get clicked with the Queen and is also planning a trip to his mother’s home country America.
Reports say that Tennis star Serena Williams is one of the earliest visitors who got to meet the baby as Meghan is a very close friend. Serena reportedly visited the royal baby with husband Alexis Ohanian and their one year old daughter Olympia. The recent visit by the tennis star has sparked rumours that she might be Archie’s Godmother as she is an old friend of the Duchess of Sussex. Serena had attending Meghan’s wedding and also her baby shower held in the US.
Serena Williams had posted a picture of herself in a regal state room on Instagram during her visit. Meghan’s baby shower was co-hosted by the tennis star in February, 2019 and had also shared a selfie from the hotel during the two day event. Serena while talking about the event said, “Planning something like that takes a lot of effort,” she added that she is a bit of a “perfectionist.”
38 year old Meghan and 34 year old Harry have been entertaining visitors at their Frogmore Cottage over the past seven days. The new parents are now on their way to decide who Archie’s Godparents will be. Reports say that 39 year old Canadian fashion stylist Jessica Mulroney is one of the top contenders. Archie is soon expected to visit America. Meghan is reportedly keen on taking her son to the United States as soon as possible.
