Updated Trends: Tennis Players Will Be Playing The Commonwealth And The Davis Cup
After the Tennis players of India had a tiff of the payment issue, they has stated that they will be playing for the Commonwealth as well as for the Davis cup too. The players made this assurance statement to the sports ministry of India.
The squad which includes Mahesh Bhupathi, Leander Paes, Somdev, Devvarman, and Rohan Bopanna has written a letter to the AITA stating that they will pull out from the CWG if their dues were not paid to them. They lashed out at the AITA stating that the association did not present their bills and as a result of which there was no proper clearance.
Now the players have stated that they will be putting all these allegations down, and will be concentrating for the upcoming match against Brazil in Chennai. Mr. Rahul Bhatnagar stated that he assures that there will be having no issues over the players payments and the payments of the bills will be done over time.
