Updated Trends: The US Dollar Has Fallen Once Again To A Fifteen Year Low Against The Rising Yen
The US Dollar has once again fallen to a new fifteen year low against the rising Japanese yen. The dollar fell by more than 1% against the yen to 80.41 yen, after Japan made a fresh sell off of its currency on Monday. The strong rise in the Yen came after the G20 meeting, where it was decided that countries should stop devaluing their currencies and pay attention on foreign exchange rates.
On the other hand, the Euro too has gained impressive rise against the dollar, by climbing 0.5% to $1.4021. The traders have more trust on the Euro, as the Euro has managed get a strong recovery against the dollar.
The Federal reserve too is looking ahead to ease the currency even further. The dollar is indeed taking a strong pelting from its inferior currencies, and if this is the case, then the dollar will be standing against something very strong, which would be hard to contain.
