The internet could be flooded with skincare tips that can be followed in different circumstances. Many of them are surely beneficial, but could take a lot of efforts to do it yourself. But the good news is that even the simplest skincare tips work like wonders and can be applied on an everyday basis. Here we will be discussing about a few simple skincare tips that the modern generation hardly has time for. But if they are followed, then they can work wonders.

1. Apply a sunscreen – During the day time, even if you are not stepping out then make sure that you apply a sunscreen lotion. Even two minutes of exposure to the sun can cause skin problems like fine lines, wrinkles, age spots and some serious conditions like skin cancer. Use a sunscreen with at least SPF 15.

2. Remove your make-up before going to bed – During the night, the skin regenerates itself. Removing make up will help the skin the breath and regenerate. It also helps to get rid of all the pollutants and products from the skin. Even if you feel lazy make sure that you double cleanse your skin.

3. Consume green and leafy vegetables – Some of the green and leafy vegetables like kale, spinach and other vegetables are important to consume on an everyday basis as they help to provide a glowing and a healthy skin.

4. Avoid junk – Junk food contains trans fats which provides not good for the body or the skin. Such oily and processed food can lead to skin breakouts.

5. Drink Water – Drinking plenty of water helps to flush out all the toxins from the body and also helps to have a clean face.

6. Get enough sleep – It is important to get enough sleep. A good night sleep can make your skin look healthy and fresh. A minimum of 7 to 8 hours of sleep is essential to get a healthy skin.
