White spots on the skin are a very common problem and could be caused due to a number of reasons. One of the main reasons for it could be dermatitis and mycosis. 4. Hypomelanosis – This skin condition makes certain parts of the skin lighter than the actual skin tone. It is caused due to fungus and people who are allergic are prone to such a condition. To treat the condition, exposure to the sun early in the morning or late in the afternoon. This helps to bring a balance to the skin tone.
