1. Smoking – Quit smoking at the earliest. If not abruptly, you can do it gradually too. Several studies have suggested that smoking takes away several years of your life. Smoking is not just bad for you health but is also harmful for other passive smokers around you.
2. Eating Processed food – Processed food contains several artificial flavours and preservatives which might not be good for the body. If not temporarily, this can cause a long term damage too. Too much of processed food can lead to hazardous diseases including diabetes, hypertension, high blood pressure and even cancer.
3. Sulking – Life is short so make the most of it. So stop keeping a grudge or sulking over petty issues. Be happy and make others happy too. stop complaining and accept things as they are. This way you can live longer and lead a happy life.
4. Lack of sleep – Make sure that you have ample sleep everyday. An average person needs to have at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep. Sleeping gives your mind some rest and allows it to get recharged.
