Tucson, Arizona Shooting Suspect Scheduled To Make First Court Appearance

    Updated Trends: Tucson, Arizona shooting suspect, who had been held by the police, is scheduled to make his first court appearance very soon. The suspect named Jared Lee Loughner will appear at the district magistrate court in Phoenix Arizona. Jared is accused of open firing outside a supermarket, where the U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords was present.

    Gabrielle was having a meeting with her constituents on Saturday, when this incident took place. During this infamous shoot out, six people were reported to have been killed and 14 people were injured, which included the US Rep. Mrs. Griffords is critical now as she was shot through the skull, and she is lucky enough to remain alive.

    Among the dead, a federal judge, a congressional aide and a 9-year-old girl, too died in this unfortunate incident. Authorities state that Jared has been charged with first degree murder, and also with a count that puts him liable for attempting to kill a congresswoman. It’s a really sad incident that has taken place in Tucson, and the people expect that the court will surely provide this man with a very long sentence.
