Updated Trends: News has broken out that the famous Wallis Simpson Panther Bracelet has been sold in an auction, for a whooping £4.5 million. The bracelet belongs to the American Divorcee of the Royal Household, Wallis Simpson, whose affair was well known during that era.

When Wallis and the Edward VIII had a very deep love affair, it eventually led to his abduction, and since then she has been known to the whole world. The auction was done on behalf of Waqf Said’s collections, who had purchased the bracelet back in the year 1987, just after a year of Wallis’ death.

Edward VIII had given Wallis the bracelet in the year 1952 when they were staying as exiles in Paris, and were called as Dutch and Duchess. Whoever it may be, the person who has brought this beautiful bracelet has also purchased its legacy, style and mystery with it.
