Winter is a time when it becomes a tough time for the skin and the hair. There are various hair care products that are available in the market which can be expensive. But not many are aware that there are also several home remedies that can help helpful as well as less expensive. Your kitchen has a number of ingredients that can help to deal with the hair issues with ease. Here are a few simple home remedies to deal with hair problems during winter.

1. Eggs and Almond oil mixture – You need half a cup of almond oil with 2 eggs and blend them really well to ensure that the egg yolks are beaten well to a smooth paste. Apply the mixture on the entire scalp and hair and leave it for one hour and wash off with a mild shampoo. This mixture helps to deal with frizzy hair.

2. Natural Aloe vera gel – Do not rely on the commercial products as there cannot be anything better than natural aloe vera gel from the plant itself. Apple fresh aloe vera gel on the hair and scalp and wash it off after one hour with a shampoo. This mixture helps to deal with dandruff.

3. Onion extract – Onions works wonders for the hair and scalp. Extract fresh onion juice and apply it directly to the scalp with a cotton pad. Let it stay for about an hour and wash it off with a shampoo. This remedy works well for a dry scalp and other hair problems.

4. Papaya pulp – Papaya is a great fruit and works well on hair that has split ends. Take a ripe papaya and blend it to make a paste. Apply a thick layer of the papaya pulp on the scalp while also covering the hair and allow it to rest for 30 to 40 minutes. Rinse off with a mild shampoo.
