Losing weight is surely not an easy task. It takes a lot of courage and mental preparation before you take the first step towards losing weight. So the key to weight loss is to reduce mental as well as physical stress.
1. Take a break – There are also possibilities that working out like crazy can stop you from burning fat as cortisol tends to store abdominal fat as a response to stress. Cortisol is a stress hormone and too much of working out can start the production of the hormone. Instead low-intensity workout like walking, cycling and running at a steady pace can be done for at least 30 minutes at a time.
2. Include more spice in diet – Spicy foods help to improve the body metabolism and stimulates the body’s ability to burn fat and promotes weight loss. However, eating chili is only going to work i9f you follow a balanced diet. You can also switch from a regular brew to green tea which can also help to improve metabolism.
3. Try irregular fasting – The idea here is to limit the number of calories to a certain timeframe. This means that you can go without food for 16 hours and then eat the day’s amount of calories in an eight hour period. This just means that you need to go without having breakfast and have dinner a little earlier. Such a fasting technique is good as it gives the digestive system a break and all the glucose has been cleared from the blood stream.
4. Give priority to sleep – Sleep is important as it is the only time when you are totally at rest and this is the time the body is in repair mode. This is also when the muscles grow and recover and is crucial for changing the body composition and bring down the body fat percentage.
