Ingredients

• 2 ripped avocados

• 1 peeled and sliced mango

• 1 finely diced red pepper

• Diced onion

• 2 TBSP of finely chopped cilantro

• Lime juice

• Salt

Preparation

i. Mash the peeled avocado in a bowl.

ii. Add in the red pepper, garlic and onion as you stir until it combines well. Then you can add cilantro, lime juice and stir again to get a good mix.

iii. Add 2 pinches of salt and stir one last time before you serve.

2. High-fiber Parmesan Dip

The high-fiber parmesan dip is a suitable way of boosting your energy with a light snack of veggies. With cannellini beans in the recipe, you benefit from the complex carbohydrates and dietary fiber. Not forgetting garlic that improves your heart’s health as well as boost your immune system.

Ingredients

• 5 cloves of garlic

• 30 OZ of drained and rinsed cannellini beans

• ½ a cup of shredded light parmesan cheese

• 2 TBSP of freshly chopped oregano

• 4 TBSP of olive oil

• Salt and pepper

Preparation

i. Preheat your oven to 450°F

ii. Peel your garlic and drizzle it with a tablespoon of olive oil until coated. Then wrap it in tin foil and place it in the preheat oven to bake for 25 minutes.

iii. Take it out of the oven and leave it for 15-20 minutes, then place the garlic, cheese, oregano, beans, salt and paper in a blender and process until it is consistently smooth. Now add the remaining olive oil as you blend once more.

iv. You can serve immediately or keep it refrigerated until serving time.

3. Refreshing Cucumber Dip

Cucumbers are just delicious by themselves as they offer so much health benefits to ones diet. The cucumber dip is one healthy snack that will keep you coming back for its refreshing taste.

Ingredients

• A cup of plain low-fat Greek Yogurt

• ½ cup of fat-free mayonnaise

• A cup of peeled and diced cucumber

• 1 clove of finely minced garlic

• 1 TBSP of onion flakes and another of onion powder

• 2TBSP lemon juice

• Salt and paper

Preparation

i. Mix the mayonnaise and the Greek yogurt.

ii. Add garlic, onion flakes, lemon juice, onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir this mix completely.

iii. Finally you can add the diced cucumber as you stir one more time to attain a good mix. Serve immediately.
